Аннотация

Ушбу мақола Ўзбекистондаги бизнесни молиялаштиришда банк ва капитал бозориўртасидаги юқори тафовутнинг ҳуқуқий сабабларини таҳлил қилишга ва бизнесни молиялаштириш манбаларини мувозанатлаш бўйича ечимларни ишлаб чиқишга қаратилган. Ҳозирги кунда Ўзбекистон капитал бозори бизнесни молиялаштиришнинг ҳақиқий рақобатдош манбаи, жамғарма ва маблағларни жалб қилишнинг муқобил тизими ва хорижий инвестицияларни жалб қилишнинг ишончли воситаларини тақдим эта олмаяпти. Ушбу мақолада асосан банк сектори ва Ўзбекистоннинг капитал бозори ўртасидаги бизнесни молиялаштиришдаги рақобатбардош бетарафлик (competitive neutrality) муаммоси муҳокама қилинади. Мақолада банкка асосланган ва бозорга асосланган молия тизимларининг асосий хусусиятлари таҳлил қилинади, қарз ва капитални молиялаштириш тушунчалари ўрганилади, банк ва капитал бозорини молиялаштиришнинг асосий тартибга солиш фарқларини ўрганилади.
