CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL GUARANTEES OF ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Abstract

The article analyzes the main provisions of the Constitutional Law "Of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan", their content and essence. The new law provides that the expansion of the powers of the Constitutional Court, the introduction of the institution of constitutional appeal opens a new stage in the development of constitutional justice in the country, strengthens the constitutional and legal guarantees for ensuring human rights and freedom.
