Abstract

 

The Islamic legal system, which is a centuries-old historical and legal heritage and is currently practiced in the legislation of most Islamic countries, has many traditions that should be deeply studied and used in the experience of world democracy. The topic of human rights is an integral part of the theory of rights studied in Islam since ancient times. Islamic jurisprudence is an integral part of the Islamic socio-religious worldview. In recent years, there has been a growing desire in the Muslim world to comprehend the basic values of Islam in the spirit of universal moral ideals. Legal protection is the most effective in the system of legal guarantees and protection.
