Аннотация
В данной статье тщательно анализируется правовой статус организационно-правовых форм, который является аналогами ограниченного партнерства. Более того, в статье исследуется законодательство США, Великобритании, Гонконга, Японии и Федеративной Республики Германии, регулирующее правовой статус организационно-правовых форм осуществления совместной деятельности. Целью данного исследования является изучение зарубежного опыта на предмет наличия форм осуществления совместной деятельности и коллективных инвестиций. Актуальность данного исследования обусловливается наличием на сегодняшний день ряда недостатков в отечественном законодательстве, препятствующих развитию инвестиционного потенциала Республики Узбекистан. По результатам исследования, даны предложения по реформированию правового статуса партнерства в действующее законодательство Республики Узбекистан.
