Abstract

The article discusses international standards on the prohibition of discrimination in the field of labour and education, as well as the features of national legislation. In addition, the experience of foreign countries in prohibiting discrimination of certain categories of workers in the world of work is analysed. Issues of preventing discrimination against people based on race, gender and age were also considered.
