Abstract
In this article, the author analyzed the problems arising from the statelessness relations of women. In particular, the study examined the issues caused by the statelessness of stateless women, including women with disabilities, and the reasons for their occurrence. Some results achieved within the framework of the Global Plan of Action to Eliminate Statelessness 2014-2024 developed by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees to prevent, reduce, and eliminate statelessness of women are also outlined. The article offers suggestions and recommendations for enhancing the protection of the rights of stateless women.
