Abstract

The article describes the meaning of forensic examination, the concept of errors made by forensic experts in conducting forensic examinations, the concept and types of objective and subjective reasons for errors in forensic examinations. Based on the results of the analysis of forensic expert activity, the author's approaches to prevent the mistakes of forensic experts have been developed.
