Abstract

The article discusses issues of property of non-profit organizations, types of property of legal entities, their formation, formation of property of non-profit organizations in foreign countries, the acquisition of charity, gratuitous funds, subsidies.A comparative analysis of the procedure for managing the property of non-profit organizations in some foreign countries and the use of this experience in our country is carried out. The article provides a comparative analysis of legislation in this area, reveals the need to improve legislation.
