Abstract

The article is devoted to the role of the state in the conditions of the new emerging world order and digital transformation. On the one hand, some scientists note the weakening of the role of the state due to globalization, on the other hand, they emphasize the importance of strengthening statehood. The article provides an overview and analysis of the measures taken by states to preserve their international legal personality in the digital era.
