Abstract

The article discusses the prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in court proceedings, and reveals the features of the court proceedings of states that have introduced AI into judicial activities. The article also reflects the positive and negative aspects of the use of AI in court proceedings, and highlights the opinions of legal scholars about the features and judicial acts adopted with the use of AI. The article points to the legal acts aimed at the development of artificial intelligence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also substantiates the need for further study of this topic in order to develop the legal aspects of the introduction of AI in litigation.
