Abstract
This article reveals the development of an enterprise development strategy using the example of joint-stock companies, the role of enterprise management in this regard, the role and importance of strategy in the formation of a corporate governance culture and business development. theoretical and practical point of view. Legal assessment of the concept of a company’s development strategy; the problems of defining this concept in the legislation of Uzbekistan are highlighted. The article contains a proposal to introduce a norm on the development strategy of the company in accordance with the law on the protection of the rights of joint-stock companies and shareholders, and the author also sets out his position on the proposed norm.
