Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of international law in the context of digitalization. The article notes that digital technologies have become one of the most important factors influencing international law. Digitalization has a significant impact on the development of international law. On the one hand, digital technologies pose new threats to international security and human rights. On the other hand, digitalization processes contribute to the emergence of new concepts and industries in international law, create the basis for the advancement of new international legal initiatives, open up new opportunities and directions for expanding international cooperation, and necessitate rethinking the theory of modern international law as a whole.
