Abstract
The article discusses the issues of the concept of preventive activities of judicial experts, types, forms, basic principles and stages of preventive activities, methods of conducting and monitoring the activities of judicial experts. Based on the analysis of the judicial expertise of the republic, recommendations were developed on improving the preventive activities of judicial experts.
