Abstract
An effective enforcement mechanism is necessary to comprehend discrimination in labor relations, which is a serious problem that negatively affects society's developmentsively combat this problem. Discrimination of human rights in labor relations is a restriction of rights regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, religion, national origin, property status, place of residence, faith, or public associations, as well as the employee's business skills and experience. The principle of non-discrimination in employment relations is essential for creating an inclusive and fair working environment. The article analyzes the essence of the prohibition of discrimination as one of the main principles of legal regulation in labor relations, the practice of applying the norms of the current labor legislation and effective strategies to combating discrimination, enforcement mechanisms, employers' practices, responsibilities and ensuring equality in the workplace. Information about the effect is given.
