Abstract

The article discusses the role of national strategies, covering all aspects of important intellectual property, in protecting and in general preserving intellectual property, ensuring the absolute rights and legitimate interests of inventors and creators. At the same time, the article provides information on the role of the World intellectual property organization in developing strategies for member states.
