Abstract
The article discusses the essence of corporate disputes in commercial courts, procedures for observing jurisdiction and jurisdiction rules in preparing disputes, the cicle of persons involved in the case, and analysis of available evidence, materials, and analyzes the formation of the practice of a clear and uniform application of procedural legislation.
