Abstract
The article analyzes the specific features of the object and subjects of public control implementation over the activity of internal affairs organs, the views and thoughts of scientists in this regard, as well as the practice of law enforcement are thoroughly analyzed. It is grounded that the objects of public control are divided into main and additional objects, and in the implementation of public control, first, the role and place of all citizens, as well as non-governmental organizations and the mass media should be strengthened.
